Job Description

- Resolve all technical issues related to the product utilizing excellent customer service skills of billing system
- Problem solving skills, and technical thinking/reasoning skills following established support process and metrics guidelines
- Measure and analyze incoming software issues to determine root causes and develop technical and training solutions to minimize re occurrences and severity and report results to manager
- Support customers in the installation, upgrades, use, and error resolution of the product
- Accurately document all customer issues, resolution steps, and gather feedback in support tracking software to enhance identifying and reporting trends leading to recurring technical problems
- Develop and publish Support Knowledge base articles for internal and external users for use in troubleshooting, training, and other areas as defined
- Quick learner, eager to leverage new technologies in a dynamic team environment and educate self on new releases as well as test functionality and report on issues found
- Ability to handle several priorities and manage knowledge of multiple products and their features
- Gather and forward customer feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and Query
Requirement

- Age between 25 - 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): crm system, SMS System.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Karawaci
