Job Description
1. Willing to be stationed in Cengkareng (Warehouse of Sophie Paris)
2. Willing to be work in shift session.
3. Provide Technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
4. Install computer peripherals for users.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
5. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
